Thien Duong is a Canadian-Vietnamese Chartered Architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects. He has over 25 years of experience working on large scale projects in many parts of the world including England, Norway, Canada, Australia, Nigeria, Dubai and Bermuda. In Vietnam, he is registered as a Class 1 Architect and Master Planner and founded the award-winning firm Transform Architecture in 2005. Thien is passionate about sustainable development and is currently the General Director of GroupGSA.

Thien is the Grand Final Jury Chairperson of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.
