The first virtual edition of PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit presents ‘Spirit of Innovation’, a theme that epitomises the most seminal issues of our generation: sustainability, green technology, and the ‘new economy’ in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The virtual summit rewards game-changing tech through The PropertyGuru Tech Innovation Award, and it unveils today the outstanding tech company finalists.
The finest, revolutionary tech companies are celebrated and recognized with The PropertyGuru Tech Innovation Award. Beyond establishing a norm of excellence for tech companies of the future, the award represents today’s innovative and groundbreaking minds. Igloohome, a smart locks startup based in Singapore, won the inaugural award in 2018. Sensgreen, a scalable AI-powered indoor sensor technology based in Turkey and Singapore, secured the honour in 2019.
The winner of the 2020 PropertyGuru Tech Innovation Award, deliberately chosen by our independent panel of expert judges, will be given a time slot at the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit (Virtual edition) to exhibit their technology to some of the industry’s most influential people and our independent judging panel. The finalists are as follows:
Coadjute: Coadjute provides an open network for the UK property market, in which customers and businesses are digitally connected through the combination of blockchain technology, open innovation, and collaboration.
Rizome: “Climate-Positive. Technically Superior. Same Price.” Rizome plants one of the largest carbon sequestration projects in the world by utilising engineered bamboo lumber as their main construction material, in order to help build cities and buildings that are climate-positive.
Flint: Flint is the first low-cost, tech-enabled Philippine real estate crowdfunding platform. With three easy steps, investors can invest low-cost Philippine real estate properties: register, get verified, and start investing.
Brightbee: Brightbee helps customers sell their properties faster. The company uses AI targeting to properly match customers’ property ads, creates a personal dashboard displaying overall activities, and provides customers with a range of ad types.
uHoo Air: uHoo Air services the most advanced indoor air quality monitor, tracking people’s progress towards a healthier home and life. uHoo believes in maximising your life by optimising your air for better sleep, fewer allergies, and more focus and productivity.
Asmara Urban Resort: Asmara Urban Resort & Lifestyle Village serves customer a lifestyle, including healthy authentic Italian food, trendsetting cocktail bar, natural juices, and sport activities such as yoga, squash, tennis, table tennis, and swimming.
Rolling Ant: Rolling Ant provides immersive, real-time 3D solutions for various industries with interactive pre-visualization. The products are fully interactive, allowing customers and end-customers to thoroughly explore and view projects from differing angles and lighting/environmental condition.

The winner of the Tech Innovation Award will be announced at the end of the summit, followed by the reveal of this year’s PropertyGuru Visionary of the Year title recipient, Illac Diaz, founder of the Liter of Light Foundation.
