Troy Carter is a co-founder at RIZOME, and is bringing the audacious scale and vision of startup methodology to the planet’s ecological and climate crisis. He graduated from Stanford University with a degree in economics, was an early employee at Airbnb and E la Carte, then founded and scaled Troy Cider and exited after a successful acquisition in 2015. He has focused on financing renewable energy and agriculture projects for the last six years.

He is now supporting RIZOME to grow into a globally significant climate-positive building materials and carbon sequestration company.
