Denis Branthonne is the founder and CEO of Novade, a smart field management software for the building and construction industry. Site processes including quality, safety, progress monitoring, workforce management, and maintenance are digitised and automated using mobile devices. The data captured provides insights to streamline operations and drive results. Leading contractors, real estate developers, owners, and operators around the world trust Novade to drive their digital transformation. Founded in 2014, Novade is headquartered in Singapore and operates globally.

Prior to founding Novade, he spent 11 years heading Autodesk’s sales in Asia. Holding several roles, his last position was Vice President for WW Emerging Markets & APAC, Channel Sales. Denis is a business leader with a track record in building global teams, delivering outstanding financial performance and achieving market leadership. A highly qualified professional and at ease in a multicultural environment, Denis grew up in France, studied in the US and is deeply connected to Asia.

Denis has a Master of Science, Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as well as a degree in Engineering from ENSTA Paris. He also graduated from the INSEAD Leadership Excellence through Awareness and Practice (LEAP) programme.

Denis believes in a hands-on approach to building things and when he is not presenting to bigwigs and wooing investors, he can be found on construction sites getting his hands and his shoes dirty trying to ensure that Novade’s software stays true to the way people work.
