Mr Chan is the CEO and Managing Director of Pacific Star Development Limited. Mr Chan oversees and manages the Company’s investments in real estate development projects in ASEAN and is also involved in all key aspects of the operations, business and strategic planning of Pacific Star Development Limited.

Mr Chan has over 29 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of real estate development and investments with in depth expertise in development management, deal structuring, transaction management and investment management in both development projects and existing properties.

Prior to joining the Company’s Property Division, Mr Chan was an Executive Director in CBRE Singapore, a member of the CBRE Asia Board of Directors, Country Head and Managing Director of CBRE Indonesia. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Estate Management (2nd lower honours) from National University of Singapore in 1988.
