Nicola Crosta is one of the world’s leading experts on impact investment, philanthropy and non-profit management, with extensive experience among a wide range of impact-driven organisations. Nicola Crosta founded Baan Dek Foundation in 2002, alongside Acha SriPaurya and Magali du Parc-Crosta.

Nicola has over 15 years’ experience working in leading international organisations. Nicola is currently the Founder and CEO of Impact46, and has previously worked as the Executive Vice President for Epic Foundation, and for the United Nations (UNCDF), serving as Representative in Cambodia (2008-2011) and then as global Head of Policy in New York (2011-2014). He co-chaired one of the UN interagency Task Forces that produced the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Nicola served more than a decade at the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) in Paris. He has written numerous publications and delivered lectures (Harvard, MIT, Sciences Po, HKU) on development economics and philanthropy worldwide. Nicola holds a Masters in Public Administration from Sciences Po (Paris) and a Masters in Business Administration from ESCP (Oxford).
