Mr. Hoa has more than 15 years of experience in MNCs in Vietnam and Singapore in investment, private equity, and fund management. He is one of the drivers behind all restructurings of Novaland Group as well as the financing transactions in the past 3 years. His previous role (from 2005 to 2013) was Associate Director at Temasek Holdings (Singapore office), with extensive experience in private equity, public listed investment, structured financing in various sectors including Telecoms, Infrastructure, and Real Estate & Consumer in Asia Pacific.

Before working at Temasek, Mr. Hoa led the Investment department in VietFund Management, helped to raise & manage the first Vietnam local investment fund VFMVF1. He graduated with an MBA, major in Finance from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines and University of Illinois at Urbana.
