Saowarin Chanprakaisi (Rin) has over 20 years of industry experience and a proven track record in business development, hospitality consulting, asset management, real estate investment, feasibility analyses, corporate finance, auditing, and accounting. She is currently Vice President, Business Development at the Ascott Limited. She plays a vital role in supporting the group’s business development strategies, expanding its portfolio including the Branded Residences rollout.

Prior to joining Ascott, Rin was the Senior Director of Development at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she drove solid growth in Thailand by spearheading the signing of 43 deals, encompassing 9,200 keys, including a successfully opening the first Kimpton property in Southeast Asia, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, and Sindhorn Midtown, the first Vignette Collection hotel in Asia. Rin has also held positions at C8 Hotelworks and Boutique Group of Companies, where she gained extensive experience in consultancy, asset management and business development within the hospitality industry.

Rin holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and she is also a Certified Public Accountant.
