Sigrid is responsible for establishing and leading a regional research group that tracks, reports and provides thought leadership across 15 countries in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, she is a frequent speaker at industry events, and her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets has been featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters.

Sigrid has been with Cushman & Wakefield since May 2003 and prior to her move to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led Cushman & Wakefield’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. In addition, she oversaw the forecast of over 90 CBD and suburban markets that Cushman & Wakefield tracks in the U.S.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs. Preceding NAR, she was a Research Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Financial Advisory Services Group in New York City.
